Process Master has changed its name to Business Optix to reflect its enhanced ability to address a wider market capability.  We continue to provide the same great products and dependable service.  We have however expanded our offerings to cover a wider footprint than process alone.  The Process Pad product remains, but is now listed under the name Business Optix WorkPad. WorkPad continues to deliver easy-to-use, high-value ways to capture and document business process.  And it expands from that foundation to offer a great deal more.
