Rob Koplowitz
Vice President Forrester Research

Rob Koplowitz is a leading research analyst that focuses on helping firms manage the complex world of digital process automation as well as artificial intelligence and cognitive computing. His research focuses on building strategies to connect with how people, process and technology need to align to deliver results. He guides organizations to connect their front office to their back office experience creating a better customer and work experience.

Rob has held several leadership positions prior to Forrester including IBM Watson, Microsoft, where he played a strategic role with Duet, a joint initiative brought to market with SAP and Oracle.

Michelle Faul
MSTS, Senior Director Global Marketing

The same tireless curiosity, passion and fearless tenacity that drove Michelle as an anchor and reporter early in her career, has been continuously applied through every position she has held. Michelle has nearly 20 years of experience of success developing brands and delivering innovative, cost-effective marketing strategies and initiatives for global companies.

Since joining MSTS in 2017, Michelle’s primary focus is to increase global thought leadership eminence and brand awareness to help drive business results.

John Griggs
Spring Venture Group, Executive Vice President of Operations

John leads a team of dedicated operations professionals responsible for program and project management, continuous process improvement, customer service, sales support and back office administration.  He’s passionate about the customer experience, driving execution, and building strategies to keep every department aligned with our organizational objectives. His experience building and transforming operations efforts for a variety of companies—from startups to global corporations—supports SVG’s goal to scale effectively as we continue to grow.

Blair Williams
SS&C Technologies, Head of Enterprise Risk & Crisis Management

Blair joined SS&C through the 2018 DST Systems’ acquisition where he was DST’s Chief Risk Officer. Prior to this role, Blair served more than two decades in the U.S. Army where he commanded 300 combat soldiers during the invasion of Iraq and participated in initial entry operations in Afghanistan. During the latter half of his Army career, Blair served as a senior risk professional who led major analytic projects ranging from the geo-political effects of nuclear/cyber war to the integration of women into all-male combat specialties. He is currently responsible for SS&C’s enterprise risk management, business continuity, and disaster recovery programs.
