Understand how your business actually works through a connected model of processes, people, systems, controls, and obligations. One source of truth for operations, compliance, transformation, and AI.
How the business runs has never had a system of its own.
It’s documented in pieces, by different teams, in different places.
Each team keeps its own procedures, maps and registers, describing the same work in different ways.
Word files in SharePoint, maps in old projects, registers in spreadsheets and exports from different tools. Each holds a fragment of how the work is done.
Plenty of how the work really gets done still isn’t written down, and lives with the people who do it.
AI agents need comprehensive content, held in a structured form, to give them the context they need.
The Business Context Platform gives it one.
It brings everything together into one connected model of how your business runs.
Bring in the procedures and policies you already have, in any format. AI turns that content into context, structured and connected in the model, ready to review.
Process modelsImport maps from the tools you use today, or capture new ones from walkthroughs and transcripts. Each one joins the model, connected to the roles, systems and controls around it.
Regulations & controlsBring in obligations and controls from wherever they’re held, from GRC platforms to spreadsheets. Each one is linked to the processes, steps and procedures it applies to, so you can see how it’s met in the work.
Org & systemsBring in your roles, teams, locations and systems with the detail that matters around them, such as owners, criticality and cost. Each is held once, and linked to everything it touches, from controls to procedures.
One connected modelEverything you bring in is linked, versioned and approved in one place. Content becomes context: start from any process, control, system or role, and follow the links to the answer.
PeopleEvery team sees the same approved model, through its own lens. For example:
- New starters and the people doing the work: step-by-step procedures
- Process owners: process maps and their versions
- Change and transformation teams: a working model of how things run today
- Leaders: a view of the whole operation, to prioritize investment and focus
Whichever AI you use, agents read the approved process, controls and limits as they work, and act within them. Change the model, and they work to the new version.
Other systemsWorkflow tools, automation and training platforms are set up from the same approved version, so they stay in step when the model changes.
Auditors & regulatorsSee how each control was designed, who signed it off and where it applies, drawn straight from the model, for every audit.
Continuous improvementSignals from people, agents and systems show where the work drifts from the design. What’s learned feeds back into the model, so it keeps getting better.

Your tools each hold part of how the business runs. BusinessOptix brings it together.
A data lake pools your data. The Business Context Platform does the same for how your business runs, working alongside your existing systems to create one connected model.
- Keep what you haveYour systems stay where they are, and keep doing their jobs.
- Draw on it where it livesBusinessOptix pulls from your content and data as they are today, from shared drives to ERP.
- Connect each system onceEach one links to BusinessOptix, which becomes the context layer across them all, with no need to wire every system to every other.
Common questions.
What is a Business Context Platform?
One connected model of how your business runs: every process, and the people, systems, controls and obligations around it. It’s owned, versioned and approved, and gives every team, auditor and AI agent the lens they need.
How is it different from process mining, a GRC tool or a document repository?
Each of those holds one part. Process mining shows what happened in your systems. A GRC tool holds your controls. A document repository holds documents. The Business Context Platform holds the links between them, and what should happen, in one model. It works alongside them, and draws on what each one holds.
How is it different from a data lake or data platform?
A data lake pools your data. The Business Context Platform holds what the data means: the processes, controls and decisions it belongs to. The two work together, and your data platform’s summaries feed back into the model.
Do I need to replace what I already have?
Your systems stay where they are. BusinessOptix draws on what they hold today, and each one connects once, to the context layer.
How do my AI agents use it?
Whichever AI you use, the approved process, controls and limits are available to your agents as they work, through a secure MCP connection.
Where do we start?
With what you already have, in the area that matters most to you. Bring in existing procedures, maps and registers, and build out from there.
How quickly can we get up and running?
Weeks, not months. Customers start from the procedures, process maps and registers they already have, and BusinessOptix turns them into a first model their teams can review and build on.
Who owns and maintains the model?
Your teams do. Each process, control and policy has an owner, and every change is reviewed, approved and kept, with the reason.
How is our data kept secure?
BusinessOptix is built for the world’s most security-conscious organizations. It holds ISO 27001:2022 certification and SOC 2 Type I, with Type II in progress, is registered on the Financial Services Qualification System (FSQS) and is certified under Cyber Essentials.
