BusinessOptix Update and Coronavirus

As a cloud based software as a service solution used by clients in widely distributed geographies we are very much accustomed to working from anywhere. It also means that for the team remote working is not new, and whilst we are putting in place additional measures to maintain stability of the BusinessOptix platform for many of the team they are just able to carry on as usual.

BusinessOptix maintains a robust business continuity strategy for the platform and production services. This plan has been developed from industry-accepted methodologies and encompasses principles of high-availability engineering. The BusinessOptix platform operates from multiple Microsoft Azure data centers in the United States, United Kingdom and Australia with services being continuously monitored from external locations.

Additional Measures

  1. We are reviewing all infrastructure related processes to identify critical dependencies and appropriate resilience
  2. We are pausing the monthly product release cycle so clients’ can focus on leveraging the functionality currently available.  Our development team will be available for critical fixes and custom solutions during this time.
